Partly-printed document signed by him, dated in Paris, May 18, 1885, by which he gives his approval for the performance of his one-act comedy "Oscar Bourdoche" (1884) at the Théâtre de la Renaissance. 

Size is 8.2 x 10.5 inches, evident folds, creases, overall rust tone, otherwise in very good condition.
