Fine autograph letter in French (untranslated) signed by her, dated October 10, [1888], to the French tenor Victor Capoul (1839-1924), concerning the recreation of the title role in Godard’s opera “Jocelyn”: “…Nous ne saurons résister au vif plaisir d’aller vous applaudir samedi prochain dans votre nouvelle et bell création de Jocelyn…”. 

Open size is 9 x 7.1 inches, two written pages in one folded sheet, folds, in overall very good condition.
