French Soprano of Italian heritage (1885-1969) who had an active international singing career from 1901 to 1930. Enjoyed great popularity in the United States between 1906 and 1914, particularly in the cities of Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia. She was also popular in Monte Carlo where she performed frequently from 1904â19 and later worked as a singing teacher after her retirement from the stage.Â

Photo size is 5 x 7.5 inches, mounted on solid cardboard with blind stamp of photographer Reutlinger, Paris on the photo and his gold stamp on the bottom left of the cardboard as well as additional stamp on verso, total item size is 7 x 10.25 inches, small tear on top left of cardboard and mounting tape traces on verso, otherwise in very good condition.
