Italian tenor (1889-1938), very successful in the 1920s, sang in European and South American theaters and left few recordings. Signed postcard photograph, shown as Canio in Leoncavallo's I Pagliacci, inscribed with sentiment, dated in 1929. Blind stamped on front by photographer Peruzzi, Florence. Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, in excellent condition. Rare!
