Vigna, Arturo - Signed Photograph

Italian opera conductor (1863-1927), particularly associated with the works of Giuseppe Verdi. 

Signed postcard photograph, inscribed and dated in Paris in 1922. Size is 3.5 x 5.5 inches, several creases and mounting traces on verso, otherwise in good condition.
