French composer (1863-1931), conductor and music teacher mainly active in Paris. 

Autograph music quote with 6 bars of music from "Gardenias", signed and dated by him in Rome, 1889.  Size is 11 x 7.5 inches, minor rust on edges, otherwise in very good condition.
