Larger size cabinet photo, shown in role (probably as Gilda in Rigoletto), a photo by Giovanni Contarini, Venice. Toresella signed on verso, inscribing this photo to Italian mezzo-soprano Barbara Marchisio (1833-1919), dating in Venice in 1892.
Size is 6.7 x 9.7 inches, gilded edges, front is in excellent condition, verso has some spotted rust stains, but is in overall very good condition.
