Uppman, Theodor - Signed Photograph as Billy Budd 1951

American baritone (1920-2005), best remembered for creating the role of Billy Budd in Britten's opera.

Gorgeous black-and-white photograph signed and dated by him in December 1951, shown as Billy Budd in Benjamin Britten's opera.  Size is 8 x 9.9 inches, some tape on verso over the top, otherwise in excellent condition.
