English writer (1879-1940) of adventure fiction, who also wrote under the pseudonym of Walter Galt, best known as the author of King of the Khyber Rifles and the Jimgrim series.

Small black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment. Size is 2.2 x 3.3 inches, in excellent condition.
