Star Australian soprano (1926-2010), famous for her contribution to the Bel Canto renaissance in the 1950s and 1960s and her splendid voice and Spanish tenor (b.1939), a leading interpreter of Italian and French lyric tenor roles from the 1960s to 1990s.
