ALSO INCLUDED is a 1-page typed letter signed, written on the letterhead of the Eleanor Steber Music Foundation in New York, dated in 1979 which contains an additional handwritten signature below the typed text, size is 8.5 x 11 inches, slight creases on edges, but in otherwise good condition. Not sold separately.Â
