San Fiorenzo, Cesare - Autograph Letter Signed 1861

Italian composer (1834-1909).  Autograph letter written in Italian (sold untranslated) signed and dated in Genoa, 1861 by the composer, addressed to a publisher about a work in three acts.  Size is 7.6 x 9.7 inches, holes not affecting the signature, folds, in overall good condition.
