Signed first page from a printed score for his opera "La Boheme", dated by him in Milan in 1902. Opera was premiered in Venice in 1897, so this must be the first blank page of the first edition, and in inscribed by the composer to mezzo-soprano Marie de Reszke (wife of the famous Polish tenor Jean de Reszke).
Size is 8.3 x 9.75 inches, in excellent condition.
