Autograph note on cardboard signed by him to the Ladies Home Journal editor Edward Bok: «...I find I shall be so busy with rehearsals this week that I shall not be able to get away for lunch...In regards to the song the same terms as for the Waltz will be satisfactory...». 

Size is 5.1 x 3.2 inches, written on front and verso, letterhead of Hotel Bellevue (Philadelphia), overall rust tone, in very good condition.
