Italian opera composer (1863-1945), mostly remembered today for Cavalleria Rusticana and L`Amico Fritz among other creations. Full program for the world premiere of his opera Nerone at Teatro La Scala, Milano on January 18th, 1935, conducted by the composer himself.
Program was signed by the composer on his bio page and all the performers on their photo on their respective bios; artists included Aureliano Pertile, Lina Bruna Rasa, Margherita Carosio, Apollo Granforte and others for a total of 15 signatures. The program was also signed by the production crew such as the scenographer, regisseur, choir master and others.
Size is 6.5 x 9.4 inches, full program with all pages and covers, some water damage on the cover affecting mostly the spine area, other wise in excellent condition.
