Canadian conductor (1896-1982) and also pianist, composer, and Arts administrator, establishing the Montreal Symphony Orchestra and who had a long career at the Metropolitan Opera House. 

Signed photo shown young, inscribed, and dated in 1930.  Size is 7.5 x 9.4 inches, minor silvering on edges, otherwise in excellent condition.
