Pears, Peter - Lord Todd - Signed Photographs

English tenor Peter Pears (1910-1986), who partnered composer Benjamin Britten and premiered many of his operas. Signed photograph, shown as himself, in a pastoral setting, dated in 1980. 

 Also included on the verso of this page: signed photograph of Scottish biochemist Lord Todd (full name: Alexander Robertus Todd), (1907-1997), former President of the Royal Society and Nobel Laureate in Chemistry. Shown with Sir Alan Hodgkin and Sir Nevill Mott, also Nobel Prize winning scientists. Signed only as "Todd", inscribed and dated in 1980. 

 This is a single item of 7.5 x 10 inches, with each of these photos on the opposite sides of a 2-sided page possibly taken from a program or magazine. In excellent condition.
