
Pacini, Regina - Signed Photograph 1906
Portugese soprano of Italian origin (1871-1965), whose full name was Regina Isabel Luisa Pacini Quintero, was the daughter of the Italian baritone Pietro Andrea Giorgi-Pacini. She later married the Argentine politician Marcelo Torcuato de Alvear, future President of Argentina, and thus eventually became the First Lady of Argentina.
Signed photograph, shown as herself, inscribed, and dated in Paris in 1906. This is a 8.75 x 11.75 inch photo, beautifully preserved in a 9 x 12 inch cardboard folder with a carbon sleeve between the cardboard page and the photo. Photo by Gino Brogi, Florence with his name stamped on the front page of the folder. In excellent condition, attractive vintage item!
