Swedish star soprano (1918-2005), and Legendary Austrian dramatic soprano (1926-1998) both celebrated for many decades in the operas of Richard Wagner and Richard Strauss as well for major Italian roles. 

 Double signed photograph, shown as Elektra and Chrysothemis in Strauss's Elektra. Stamped on verso by photographer Louis Melancon, Metropolitan Opera, New York. Size is 8 x 10 inches, very slight paper loss on bottom left and right corners, otherwise in excellent condition.
