Migliardi, Lia - Signed Photo in Role 1909

Italian soprano (1878-?), who debuted in 1897 as Micaela in Bizet's "Carmen" and probably retired from the stage in 1919.

Fine vintage photograph signed and inscribed by her, shown in role. Photo is mounted on hard cardboard, with an inscription straddling the top left of both photo and cardboard.  Total Size is 9.5 x 12 inches, actual photograph is 6.75 x 8.75 inches, some rust on the top and bottom edges of the cardboard, but the photograph is in excellent condition.
