Fabulous illustrated book withĀ 96 tipped-in b&w photos, this copy belonged to American dancer Meredith Baylis, who signed on the frontend page and dated in 1949, and several important dancers signed and inscribed their autographs to her on their corresponding photos. Published by Geoffrey Bles, London, first edition, 1939.

Included in the book are photos signed by Leonid Massine, Tatiana Riabouchinska, David Lichine, Frederick Franklin, Mischa Panaieff and Igor Yousskevitch.

Size is 10.25 x 12.75, two-tone cloth hardcovers, tape marks on frontend page, otherwise in very good condition.
