Fonteyn, Margot - Signed Pointe Shoe

British ballet dancer (1919-1991), considered by many one of the greatest dancers of the 20th century. 

Signed pointe shoe, used in performance, bold signature on the top, dated by her in 1987.  Size is 8.7 inches long, blind stamped on the sole "Fredk Freed, Made in England", in very good condition. See photographs. 

This is the first shoe signed by her alone, ever - A highly desirable, hard-to-find collectible!
