A total of 1750 copies were issued,Ā in a luxury case, includes a 110 plus-page book with documentation and information about the symphony, and illustrations, and a CD album with a recording of this piece by Gilbert Kaplan conducting the London Symphony Orchestra, plus a facsimile of an article published in the New York Times in July 1992 about this Adagietto.
Everything is inside the original box, which has some water stains over the left border (see photo), all items inside are in excellent / like new condition. Box size is 11.2 x 14.2 inches.
ALSO INCLUDED is a card, signed by Gilbert Kaplan, with a short note commenting on a cartoon joking about a conductor, and a dinner invitation after a special concert with Mahler“s 2nd symphony, conducted by Mehta.
