German conductor (1908-1968) who specialized in opera, who died while conducting Wagner's Tristan und Isolde in Munich.

Fine photo postcard signed by him with a short sentiment dated 1953. Size is 4.1 x 5.75 inches, signature and sentiment a bit faded but still clearly visible, in excellent condition.
