American politician (1758-1831), fifth U.S. President from 1817 to 1825 and one of the founding fathers of the country.

Land deed dated 1823 hand signed by him over a partially printed parchment. Size is 15.8 x 9.75 inches, some folds, rust stains, couple holes, in overall very good condition.
