Short mini-book "The Dance" authored by her, with many pictures and facsimiles of programs of her performances, published by The Forest Press, N.Y., 1989.  Size is 8.75 x 11.5 inches, semi-hard covers, 29 pages, some wear on both covers, inside in excellent condition.
