Autograph letter in French (untranslated) signed by him, no date, where he addresses the music publisher Ricordi: “…J’ai porté Boulevard Malesherbes le 3ème acte orchestre et piano de ma partition. Je voudrai bien avoir le plutôt possible le manuscrit ou les gravures du V acte pour que j’en termine l’orchestration…”. 

Size is 4.7 x 7.3 inches, 2 written pages in one sheet (front and back), printed letterhead and monogram, folds, light creases, in very good condition.
