French composer (1872-1948), also known for his contributions to the Grove Dictionary of Music. 

Handwritten signed postcard, written in French and sold untranslated. Size is 3.5 x 4.5 inches, slight rust (mostly on verso) and one small smudge on letter, otherwise in very good condition.
