American singer (1901-1967), baritone, and actor, who appeared in musical films during the 1930s and 1940s, as well as in opera and on the concert stage, radio, television, and nightclubs. Signed program for a song recital given at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio in March, 1935. 4 page folded program with a complete list of each of the titles performed and a summary of their contents, with his signature on the front page. Each page is 5 x 10.75 inches, small tears at the top of each page, particularly on the third and fourth pages, (discount reflected in price).
