Cabinet-style photograph displaying the exterior of the Semperopera House (also known as the "Sachsische Statsoper" or Saxon State Opera) of Dresden as it appeared in 1880 shortly after its completion in 1878. The photo was taken by J.F Stiehm, Berlin in 1880. Item size is 4.25 x 6.5 inches, some small smudges on verso, otherwise in excellent condition.
