Nice sepia photograph signed and inscribed by her with a short sentiment dated September 13, 1918.  Size is 7.2 x 9.2 inches, with some scratches, a small loss of paper over the lower-right border, in very good condition.

Photographs signed by Caruso's only legal wife are very scarce.
