American professional boxer (1895-1983) who reigned as World Heavyweight Champion from 1919 to 1926.  Wonderful black and white photograph on heavyweight paper, signed and inscribed by him with a short sentiment.  Original photograph by A. Peda, New York.  Size is 7.8 x 9.8 inches, minor creases over the lower-right corner, otherwise in excellent condition.
