Chapman, Ben - Signed Photo in "Creature from the Black Lagoon"

American actor (1928-2008) best known as playing the Gill-man on land in the 1954 horror film "Creature from the Black Lagoon".  Color movie still photo from the film "Creature from the Black Lagoon", inscribed with a short sentiment and dated in 1997.  Size is 9.9 x 7.9 inches, in excellent condition.

ALSO INCLUDED is a 1-page copy of the contract for his performance as the Gill-man on land, signed by him.  Size is 8.5 x 13 inches, central fold, in very good condition.
