American soprano (1887-1984).

Fine black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by her with a short sentiment, dated in 1923, shown in role (probably as Santuzza or Carmen).  Size is 7.9 x 9.9 inches, small crease over the lower-left corner, small cracks on margins, mounting traces on verso, in very good condition.
