Birdice Blye Richardson (aka Birdie Blye) (1871-1935) was a famous American female pianist. A prodigy child, she later toured through American and European theaters giving concerts, focusing on teaching later in life.
Interesting collection of over 35 autograph letters to her, including over 20 by her husband, William (Dickie) B. S. Richardson, whom she married in 1901, and a short music quote by him as well - and other personalities. These include American Historian John Clark Ridpath (1840-1900), a couple handwritten by her mother, and others by unidentified senders.
Various sizes, with most around 5 x 8 inches, some several pages, all in English, all in very good condition. Unfortunately, no letters handwritten by her.
