Balfour, Arthur James - Autograph Letter Signed 1926

English politician (1848-1930) and former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and also later Secretary of Foreign Affairs who issued the Balfour Declaration in 1917, allowing Jews to establish in Israel.  Autograph letter signed by him, dated in 1926, with his address as letterhead.  Size is 6.4 x 8.5 inches, 1 page, central fold, minor stains, in very good condition.
