Group of 2 signed photographs, one a 4 x 6 inch photograph signed by Josephine Baker, American-born French dancer, singer, and actress (1906-1975) who became the first black woman to star in a major motion picture in 1927, shown in costume for a performance at the Folies Bergere cabaret music hall in Paris, and the other a 4 x 6 inch signed photograph of her with her fourth husband Jo Bouillon, a French composer, conductor, and violinist (1908-1984) who enjoyed particular prominence in the 1950s, this photo is signed by Bouillon only and is by the Chateau des Milandes photography studio, Dordogne. Both in excellent condition, not sold separately.Â
