Program for a performance of Prokofiev's ballet "Cinderella" at the Metropolitan Opera House, on April 28th, 1967, signed by the British ballet dancer and the Australian ballet dancer.  Size is 8 x 11 inches, full program with all pages and covers, in excellent condition.
