Balfour, Arthur James - Signed Photograph & Letter 1901

English politician (1848-1930) and former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and also later Secretary of Foreign Affairs who issued the Balfour Declaration in 1917, allowing Jews to establish in Israel. 

Beautifully signed cabinet photograph of him by London Stereoscopy Co.  Size is 4.25 x 6.5 inches, mounting traces on verso, otherwise in very good condition.

ALSO INCLUDED is a short note with Official letterhead, hand-written and signed by him, about business matters, dated in 1901.  Size is 4.7 x 7.3 inches, 1 page, central fold, stains, mounting traces on verso, in good condition.
