English politician (1848-1930) and former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and also later Secretary of Foreign Affairs who issued the Balfour Declaration in 1917, allowing Jews to establish in Israel. 

Fantastic autograph letter in English written and signed by him in 1875 about personal matters. Size is 4.4 x 7 inches, three written pages in one folded sheet, in very good condition.
