Boito, Arrigo - Autograph Letter Signed & Photograph

Italian poet and composer (1842-1918), best known today for his libretti for Verdi's last two operas, and his own opera Mefistofele.

Autograph letter written in Italian (sold untranslated) signed by him, addressed to one of his friends about an appointment (no year indicated). Size is 4.8 x7.9 inches, rust stains over the top and right border, central fold, otherwise in very good condition.
