ALSO INCLUDED is a small CDV (Carte-de-Visite) of the young conductor, by Fritz Luckhardt, Vienna (blind-stamped on the front by the photographer), size is 2.5 x 4 inches.Ā An envelope hand-written by the conductor is included as well, its size is 5.8 x 3.25 inches, in very good condition.
