Russian-born American conductor (1901-1980), and arranger who was one of the major exponents of popular orchestral music.

Fine black-and-white photograph signed and inscribed by him in 1927. Size is 7.9 x 9.9 inches, in excellent condition.

Also signed by photographer Herbert Mitchell over the lower-left corner in white ink.
