Ader, Rose - Signed Photograph in Mignon

German lyric soprano (1890-1955), lover of the great Italian composer Giacomo Puccini, widely considered to be the inspiration for the role of Liu in his opera Turandot, written with her voice in mind (though not performed by her at the world premiere). 

Signed postcard photograph, shown in role in Ambroise Thomas's Mignon. Blind stamped on front by both photographer Setzer, Vienna and by Magasin Metropole photo studio, Vienna. Size is 3.25 x 5.25 inches, in excellent condition.
