Menu Book handwritten by Adamo Adami -Patti's chef with comments by Patti on the left pages about the dishes prepared by the chef. Size is 7.75 x 9.75 inches, red soft covers, in very good condition. A rare item to collect!
A. Patti met Adami in Monte-Carlo and when he turned down Patti's offer to become her chef. They met again sometime later in Dublin and soon visited Patti's castle and joined the staff becoming her chef.
This book was kept by the Adamis for years and given to Patti's biographer Bill Seward on May 23, 1998.
