Italian soprano (1876-?), perhaps best known as a lover of the great Italian tenor Enrico Caruso, with whom she had a relationship between 1897-1908 and for whom she left her husband and son, although never married him.
Beautiful photograph signed and inscribed by her, shown as herself, inscribed. Actual photograph is 4.75 x 6.25 inches mounted onto larger cardboard for a total size of 6.75 x 8.75 inches, small stains to the left of the image, otherwise in excellent condition. Rare vintage item!
